We now offer select service in the Northshore, Long Island area (Smithtown, Stonybrook, Setauket, Port Jefferson and Mount Sinai).

We do not service Queens, Brooklyn or New Jersey.

Gift Certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Mama Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.

Gift Certificate expirations are clearly noted on your gift certificate. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR KEEPING TRACK OF THE DATE.

Gift Certificates are valid for ONE YEAR unless otherwise noted.

We reserve the right to refuse service for any gift certificate past the expired date.

We suggest that you book your appointment with at least 7 days notice to ensure your desired date and start time. All services are based on availability.

Service hours are by appointment only - Monday through Saturday.

Certain blackout dates may apply - including holidays.

Please note that clients must give a minimum of 24 hour notice to cancel your appointment. Any cancellations without this notice will result in the restriction of re-booking that appoinment with the use of your gift certificate.
